  got us out of a bind when if I'd tried snaking it I know I'd have not had a long enough, and I'd have tried it from a backed up access which would've flooded the carpet around the access point with horrible kitchen sink bleh 🤮 🤢. His experience and sense picked up on the backup, which I probably would have at least partially opened if I'd been fool hardy enough to try, as I'm often tempted to do.

He's also very down to earth, reasonable and friendly if you're a DIYer needing some help to not completely screw yourself.

  Mason saved us thousands of dollars! Our water heater went out and Anyhour Heating and Air came and said we needed an entirely new unit. Got a second opinion from Mason and turns out it was one part that was bad and our unit was still under warranty so the manufacturer covered it. That was 2 years ago and no issues since.

  Mason and his team are the best!  They are fair, honest and get things done so you are back go normal.  We had our water heater go out, and Mason came out that day, worked late to make sure we had water and was so fair with his price!  He is the only plumber we will use!
